Mmm, I really loved the former Storm poster more than this one. She looks... vulnerable/afraid in the new poster, perhaps it's her facial expression.

Halle Berry as Storm in the upcoming X-Men 3. As you can see the poster is about six stories high and is on the walk from the E train to the Javits Center where the NY Comic Con is being held

Ahhh...didn't realize Comic Con was at the Javits this weekend. That right near where the Wolverine billboard is too. The others have to be nearby somehwere.

I liked the old one more. In this one the old sorta ''meekness" is back. She doesn't appear as confident as she does in her other shots from the film. She looks like she's scared about where her world is going.

Theyre all pretty cool... but i must confess. The beast one they messed up imo. U just dont add pink randomly to a male x men character without raising a few eyebrows as to the taste the designers had.

Perhaps storm, but the tint suggests otehrwise from scans online ... you may be right, tints can be very tricky and i hope it is a deep unmistakeable red when the posters are put onto bus stops.

actually if you see it in person it looks more like the look a spy or secret agent has when they're hiding behind a wall with a gun about to shoot... thats what it reminded me of... like she was in the middle of battle

I'm with you on that...the lighting and focus on the new Storm poster is much improved over the former. In my opinion, the "****ty" vibe is gone. She's definitely looking at you and saying something now...the poster makes more of a statement and isn't so "blah" as the original.

Plus, they're HUGE.

i have just read in another thread that someone saw one of angel's posters but in it he had his wings spread, he/she must be mistaken but if not...what if they are making new versions of all the posters?

I wish we could see a head-on view of the poster in clarity, like a studio release. The angled shots--though wonderful to have--don't give us a true representation of her facial expression methinks.
