I thought Liam confirmed he want and filmed a couple scenes? or was that all BS?
Oh IT WILL MAKE THE FINAL CUT....OH YES.....IT WILL
and if it doesnt... Curse Christopher Nolan!
Of course he is. He probably violated a NDA.Honestly with the way some of the actors have been downsizing their roles (Marion as a clear example) I wouldn't be surprised if it was much bigger than he's making it out to be and he's only saying that as a way to minimize expectations now the cat is out of the bag.
It was all just speculation.
I wanna hear how he says it. I'm not doubting that it could be true, but he is on Conan, so he could just be joking around.
It won't be small given the fact there are two actors playing the character. And what about his performance was boring?![]()

Yeah, I remember that, but that still doesn't say he filmed anything, just that he was on set. That's why the title has a question mark at the end, because the quote is a bit ambiguous.
Recently Liam Neeson confirmed something with CNN; he will have a part in The Dark Knight Rises after all. He had been rumored to have filmed a scene and was confirmed earlier in the year to be in the film. It was unknown, of course, whether or not it would be in archival footage or an actual scene. He confirmed with CNN that he did shoot a scene. Hes not sure about anything, including whether or not his scene will make it into the final cut.
I think so, he was quoting as saying. I have no idea what the story is about. Nothing. Nothing. Seriously, Im not sure if Im still in it. Its a cameo lets put it that way if it still survives.
In a pre-release interview for Batman Begins, Neeson spoke about his character, "Well, I think he's quite a mysterious sort of guy. I think he's a citizen of many cultures. I think, even though it doesn't come out in the film, I think he's as rich as Bruce Wayne, and has access to enormous, enormous funds of money. And he's like Bruce Wayne. He wants to defeat evil and corruption in the world." "And has developed a way of doing that...without revealing too much," he finished with a smirk.
Neeson said in the Batman Begins Blu-ray disc In-Movie Experience Special Feature: "In Ducard's life, he hashe lost someone. A wife that was very, very dear to him. And Bruce having lost his parents, he kind of becomes a sort of father figure to him. And I think Ducard kind of reminds me of Ignatius of Loyola in the 15th century. Ignatius was a very famous playboy and drunkard...before he becomes this incredibly disciplined man and ultimately the saint."
On February 7th, 2011, website IGN reported Neeson denied he was returning in The Dark Knight Rises. In a discussion with Empire in March, Neeson again denied he was attached to The Dark Knight Rises, "That rumours totally not true. In the comic books, Ras Al Ghul goes into a life bath of some sort and immerses himself to become immortal. So thats probably where that comes from." He said that he'd like to return if offered.
In an interview published by MTV News on November 15th, 2011, for the upcoming film The Grey, he said, "You're throwing me for a loop there." "That's right. I was in 'Batman.'" Speaking in his Ra's al Ghul voice, he said, "I trained him." Turning to the topic of The Dark Knight Rises, he said, "I'm eager to see this one. I haven't a [censored audio] clue what it's about."
Website Collider published their interview with Neeson on January 23rd, 2012, where the interviewer had worn a Bane shirt to his interview with him. "I like your T-shirt. What does it say? Fire Rises?" Neeson stared and commented. The interviewer explained that it was Bane from The Dark Knight Rises. Neeson replied, "Oh, okay." The interviewer said he wore the shirt for him and Neeson told him thanks.
On January 24th, website ShowbizSpy reported being told by Neeson, "I can tell you nothing about Dark Knight Rises, seriously." "I was on set for maybe an hour-and-a-half and the director didnt tell me anything of what its about." "So, Im being very honest when I say I have no idea whats going to happen."
CNN published a brief comment from Neeson on March 28th. He said in response to the question of him being in the The Dark Knight Rises, "I think so." "I have no idea what the story is about. Nothing. Nothing. Seriously, I'm not sure if I'm still in it. It's a cameo let's put it that way if it still survives."
If you live outside the US, could you let me know if this video works for you?

If not, I'll have a version that everyone will be able to watch on Batman-News.com when Neeson talks about TDKR.
Cool! That means I don't have to rip the video and upload it myselfThat works, Chris! Thank you.![]()
I'm very surprised that Neeson is talking about his role so openly (even if it is a small cameo). That would have been an awesome surprise, you'd think Nolan/WB would have made him sign something...If you live outside the US, could you let me know if this video works for you?

Not on that clip, but someone mentioned they saw a commercial for the full show and Neeson mentions TDKR. It airs tonight at 11pm EST.It works for me. No mention of TDKR on it though.
