What's it say? It's too blurry to make out.

So are we sure The Dark Knight wasn't nominated for Best Picture?

#OSCARREDO

To be fair it's entirely possible he thought Emma Stone was a producer on the film.

Kimmel should've blamed Matt Damon.

Nah, that would have made it seem like this was planned. It was an honest mistake.

End of the day, this an awards show. I understand gettting upset in the moment, but it's not worth holding a grudge against anyone.

Man, I was about to go to sleep but people all over are having too much fun tonight with this.

Her name would have been the only one on the card, would it not?

Yeah, but lets be honest, what does he do in this situation?

It's probably one of those "You don't know how you'll react until you're there" situations, but the options are--

-- Realise something doesn't seem right and read it anyway.
-- Say "Something doesn't seem right, I may not have the right card..." and hope backstage people run out the real one.

Fun way to end the show for the people watching at home, though. :D

It would have, but at the same time he's probably not scanning for the names of the producers.

Ok, guys. I didn't see the Oscars last night (different time zone), so can someone explain what happened and what all the fuzz here is on for? lol

Just looking at the video again he gives the card to Faye who seemingly just reads out the movie title, not taking any notice of what else is written. Beatty seemed to pass the buck onto Dunaway, which is kind of a toolish movie.

Watching the after party on ABC. Anthony Anderson is going off ,lol

Moonlight won best picture and Suicide Squad is now an Academy Award winning movie.

It would've been funnier if Beatty was handed a duplicate Suicide Squad envelope.

Best Picture Winner...Suicide Squad!?

WTF that wasn't even nominated!?
