Don't know if you guys know, but Martin Sheen is listed as a guest on the Colbert Report tonight.

Well I'm watching now anyway so I'll let you guys know if they show a new clip or something. I really doubt it though, he's probably there to talk about a new book or something, considering he's on Colbert.

They're gonna talk about Spider-Man.

Well they just showed the clip of Peter and Ben talking in the hallway.

I do too, actually. Nice little touch. I wonder if they'll explain why.

Sometimes it's nice to have a little back story for why certain things are the way they are. They are just minor little touches but expand the vast universe. It shows that the crew behind this film really went all out thinking of every single element.

If I were on the crew, simple explanation I'd pitch would be...

"The web shooters light up because they are visual ques to Peter, informing him how much web fluid he has in the cartridge. They start out a bright vibrant red as seen in the trailers. However as the amount of web fluid begins to dissipate, the vibrant red grows dimmer and dimmer. This enables Peter to be quick on his toes. He doesn't have to constantly look at the gauge on his web shooter to see how much webbing he has."

A quick pitch...I was bored.

That shot in your avy VenomSpawn is B E AAAAAAA UTIFUL!

Mesmerizing.

That avatar doesn't work on another site I'm a member for, so that blows.

Mad Magazine's TASM issue (which I believe is out now).
