It looks incredible, but I don't think that's what he meant, but if it is, he's insane.

That Walmart car jacking scene was just awful. Aziz Ansari Spider-Man. How did he get into the car and out of the car without opening the door? The fights look good but that's about all I look forward to at this point.

How did he get into the car?
Easy, when the thief used the decoder to open the door. It wouldn't unlock one door, devices like that unlock all of the car doors. So, knowing how quiet and quick Spidey can be, he slipped in right before the thief did.
As for how did he get out, when the thief is climbing out of the window and you hear Spidey sort of whisper "Whoa" you hear a car door opening and closing.

You can't hear the door when he gets in. He is just in there. You can here it when he gets out but he gets out on the same side as the car thief crawls through the window, you can see him reaching for the door...yet the door doesn't open. How does the thief not see him go out the same exact side?

Also, how does he disengage his webs from sticking to things?

Spider-Man is too *****ey in that clip. That was just an awful clip. I didn't think he was too *****ey in the trailers but that clip proves it. He just seems like a smarmy *****ey ass hole.

You're grasping.

Haters gonna hate.

batman can do it in nolans realism world so i dont see why spiderman cant have the same tricks

but at the same time it reminds me of the scene in SM1 where he hiding on the ceiling from norman osborn and somehow he manages to get out of the window without being heard or even seen

He doesn't open the car door from the thief's side, he's gesturing towards the thief and gets out the other side, sneaks around the front of the car to the one next to it and jumps out and attacks the thief. And Marc Webb explains why Spidey is acting so dark and "*****ey" he's power hungry and his uncle just died. That's why he's talking so low and charges at him when he's against the wall. Then he checks his wrist (maybe the guy who killed his uncle had a tattoo) and says "You are lucky, this could have been a lot worse". He's angry and power drunk.

Lovers gonna love:huh:

:hehe:; i found it *****ey too, but maybe he wants to scare him acting that way
because he maybe is his uncle killer or he is drunk with power:cwink:

Yeah that is true.

I am sorry but you are looking into this way too much. The whole point is, it is showing Spidey's lightning fast speed. You don't see him get into the car but if I had to guess, he gets in the moment the door is unlocked by the car thief. To show how he gets into the car would kill the mystery of the situation. You have to understand we are seeing this from the car thief's POV at this point. An example of this would be Batman Begins. How lame would it be if we saw Batman climb up to something high before the scene where the thug says " Where are you !!!!" To put it bluntly it would be awful.

Spidey is *****ey at this point but I guarantee you he won't be like this throughout the film. This is probably just after Uncle Ben dies and he is angry, looking for revenge. He wants to humiliate and frighten the supposed killer of his Uncle before he delivers justice. Wouldn't you ? This makes the character, IMO, much more relatable and realistic because he is making a mistake. He himself is becoming the bully and it is important to show the audience that even Spider-Man is not perfect. No one is. The wise words of his uncle have clearly not set in, just yet. He is a kid who has just received extraordinary abilities, of course he is going to feel empowerment because for the first time in his life he has some form of control. I am 24 and even I would probably act like that because let's face it, you would feel like a God.

He disengages the webbing by yanking them. Simples.

wow chaseter some dumb **** your complainin about imo lol

Nice to see people complaining about the carjacker scene. I thought I saw the last of it once trailer 2 come out, guess not...

But I'll post this again, Webb on the carjacker scene:

"The reason why Spider-Man is being so playful in that moment is that as a character, he's feeling drunk on his power. He's having a really good time. He's becoming a bit of a bully there. He's not being deeply altruistic, and that's something you'll learn more about when you see the movie."

Too bad that's after Uncle Ben has died and after he has already become Spider-Man. Just because Marc Webb gave a reason for what he did doesn't mean it isn't stupid. Sam Raimi had a reason for making Flint Marko Uncle Ben's killer.

I think that's before. If Uncle Ben was killed by that guy, Spidey wouldn't have "played" with him like that.

movie is not gona be perfect but good enough to check out over 4th of July weekend

Extended carjacker scene.

Why would he be looking for a specific guy with a tattoo?

to get REVENGE!!! but then he remembers what Ben told him and takes the guy to the Police Station with webbing on his undies haha!
