Oh well, it doesn't matter anyway. I'm afraid he's going to get bombarded by negative comments as well.

I really don't trust the reviews for Joss Whedon films or T.V Shows because the critics always seem to go way to easy on his stuff.
Top Critics: 100% fresh, 8.8/10 avg.
This is what matters on that site.
I think it's good that you're tempering your expectations, tbh. It's my personal favorite superhero movie ever, but it seems very possible that the critics are gonna end up over-hyping it for a lot of people. I'm dreading the inevitable backlash.I'm looking forward to the film and I'm probably going opening day but I really don't trust the reviews for Joss Whedon films or T.V Shows because the critics always seem to go way to easy on his stuff.
I like critics and usually reviews like this would excite me but because of the director I don't take the reviews to heart.
Apologies if this got posted earlier, but Travers' full review is up at Rolling Stone.com now:

What I find hilarious is how these negative reviewers cannot even write skillfully to hide their bias.
The 'fanthefire' guy takes a direct blatant jab at 'fanboys' and so does this cole smithy guy with his "doesn't Hollywood realise fanboy culture is over" comment.
He's The Smartest Film Critic In The World, he's not going to make a spelling errorQuick! Find something he spelled wrong!
