Anyone read JLA: Year One? The one where Dinah, Barry, Hal, J'onn, and Arthur make their own Justice League without Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman?

Barry and Dinah budded something of a relationship (called off when Barry discovers Iris in tears looking for him). I wonder if they'd pursue that in a plot?

They have full season orders. Flash and Constantine just have pilot orders. Gotham is going straight to series though. Not sure why it doesn't have one.

I know Batman and Superman didn't initially join, but was Dinah in that story? I thought she didn't show up until much later.

No, it would be weird having a 40 something year old dating Barry.
