That aside, Ackles did the voice for the Red Hood. Which most normal humans felt was quite good.

I really don't know what to say, CConn. I just flat-out hated that movie, especially the lifeless being that voiced The Joker.

Not the quality of story or dialogue, not who voiced the Joker. Ackles.

Wow. I was laughing at you criticizing my taste in films, because I thought it was funny (as my opinion on Under the Red Hood is an unpopular one). But going by the unnecessary personal attack, I see you are being quite serious. Okay then .

I remember thinking that the VA for Red Hood did a fairly decent job. So now that I know that Ackles was the voice actor for the character, I guess I have a positive opinion on him.

Thank you for being blunt. But if it's alright by you, I'd appreciate it if you kept the demeaning, "holier than thou" comments to yourself.

You and many others loved the film. I didn't. Accept, respect, and move on. Yes?

Personally, I've always felt Ackles has been overrated by the fanboy community in general for his work on Supernatural, seeing that he gets suggested for every superhero out there based on some CW-level dramatic acting (and before anyone asks, yes, I've seen a great deal of Supernatural - my roommate used to be a fan)...however, I do like the guy (and have liked him since his Dark Angel days) and feel like he's much better-suited for Batman than the Captain America/Superman types I'm used to seeing him suggested for, so I can kinda see that one working if they do go for a young Bruce. Not my ideal candidate to be sure, but not a horrible one, imo.

4. Lastly, just as an FYI, my original dickish comment was just intended to be a sardonic one off comment on your opinion of the film. Like I said, I really didn't have any interest in discussing the films' merits with you. If you didn't like it, it's fine by me. It's that you had to just keep going on about it that got me a little ryled. Like you said, it's your opinion, it's an unpopular one, leave it at that and focus on the topic of Ackles.

I wasn't aware that Ackles voiced The Red Hood. And since it had been a while since I have seen the film, I had to go back and rewatch his scenes so that I could comment on him - hence why I didn't answer you earlier (I only remembered him vaguely). I guess I should have made it clear that I intended to answer your question. Though I hardly see how that justifies dickishness.

Even still, I apologize for seemingly brushing you off. And seeing as how you kindly edited your post, I do believe we are on the same page, my good sir .
