It's in that last letter Steve Sent. And the phone.
Think of it as an olive branch.
It's up to Tony now.
And the look in Tony's eye, is a glimmer of hope .
Theirs was a BRUTAL fight. But it was one born of the immediate Moment.
Time will definitely have a hand in mending some, if not all these wounds.

Stark had a chance to do something about Cap breaking into the Raft to free his teammates when Ross called him, but he chose not to. That alone told me that even if he's not willing to forgive Steve completely at the moment, he'll get there.

So what do the Accords actually like...do? It sounds like it's not exactly the registration from the comics, but like - okay, so Team Iron Man signed them. What about characters like Daredevil or Luke Cage, are they still bound by whatever the Accords are even if they don't sign them? And do they apply to superpowered beings in all the countries that ratified them, so like London, Wakanda, etc etc, not just American ones?

The Accords are ONLY about the Avengers. During most of the Avengers fights they often go into other nations without permission and cause a lot of collateral damage. The Accords are an agreement between the Avengers and the U.N. that say they can only act with the expressed permission of a governing board.

This was information that was put out there well before the film was released. Feige and the Russo's said it repeatedly, but some fans kept insisting it was going to be about registering all superhero because that's what happened in the comics.

Ohh I see, thanks. So are their options basically "agree to sign this or never use your abilities again" or? Cause I saw someone mention Hawkeye deciding to retire instead.

It's explicitly stated that they either sign the Accords or retire when Ross first goes to the Avengers' base to discuss them.

So I'm guessing that part in the trailer where Tony ***** slaps Steve is when he learns about Bucky and how Steve didn't tell him?

Yes.

(Also, Steve telling Tony that it doesn't have to end in a fight never happens, since with that exchange, he's actually talking to Bucky when he goes to retrieve him after the Vienna bombing)

can you list the action scene please ? There are 6, right ?

- Avengers' opening fight with Crossbones
- Bucky being chased by Cap & Black Panther
- Bucky's escape from the Anti-Terror base
- Scarlet Witch rescued by Hawkeye from Avengers' base
- Airport Fight
- Cap & Bucky vs. Iron Man in Russia

Do we get to see Spidey's 'spider-sense'.

post-credict scene, right?

Oh.
And one thing I absolutely LOVED was the inclusion of one of T'Challa's Dora Milaje.

Not really, but Peter mentions that when he got his powers he basically had sensory overload and needed goggles to focus. Which is the idea behind the closing eyes. I'm pretty sure that was supposed to be maybe like an unrefined spidey sense or something.

At my King of Prussia (Philly burb) screening the other night the whole theater roared when Spidey was talking. He really was funny and right off the pages of a comic book. Marvel knocked him out of the park. Brilliant casting and portrayal. :susd:

Grats on getting tickets to that. I tried so hard.

Can someone give me a scene by scene spoiler description of the airport scene? Please thanks.

Iron Man has Cap down after a second wind, then we get the "I can do this all day" exchange, before Bucky grabs IM's leg to distract him. Then Cap kicks Tony's ass. The fight finally ends when Cap smashes his shield into IM's arc reactor. "You don't deserve that shield," says Tony to Cap, who leaves his shield with a beaten Iron Man.
