Who would think that the guys with the TDK avatars are in here saying it's better. SMH. TDK is one great performance. It's barely a comic book movie and barely a Batman movie. Rose colored goggles for these boys. Avengers: EndGame is the greatest "comic book" movie ever created, there I said it. TDK is maybe 3 or 4 on the list. Let's not live in the past. The only reason it was beloved by critics was for that Ledger performance and it being a Nolan film. Outside of that there are so many plot holes in that film. I'm not saying it's bad, we just need to realize that it is not the quintessential Batman or comic book movie. I would argue that Batman Begins is a better movie. Tired of these dark knight fans comparing the films. There is no comparison. It's apples and oranges really. Just enjoy the films for what they are, this isn't a goddamn competition.

Thank you. I came in hoping to see what people were thinking about the RT score for Endgame and instead I got two pages of Dark Knight comparisons. Now back on topic. This tomato meter has got me even more pumped than I thought could be. And with a lot of my favorite YouTube reviewers raving about it as well, I'm getting even more excited. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get tickets until Sunday morning so I'll have a few more days than most folks here of dodging spoilers

Not entirely true. Black Panther also has a 97%, but also has a 8.26 Avg to Endgame's 8.23 and TDK has a 8.58...so it is tied for 1st currently in % and 3rd for Avg Rating

Agreed. I don't see it going down much (if at all). I think the Avg Rating will fall within 8.0-8.3 also.

But it's understandable since it's undoubtedly one of the greatest CBMs ever made.

So hype for Endgame right now. Would be amazing if this finale ends up the best MCU movie till today.
