Rumor is they are blowing up Mellon Arena in Pittsburgh in an epic action sequence. From wikipedia:

The arena's owner, the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County, initially voted in September 2010 to demolish the building in 2011. However, in November 2010, the arena was nominated for historic status at the last minute, and demolition has been delayed. A final vote by the Pittsburgh Historic Review Commission on the nomination was held on March 2, 2011. The result was the HRC declining the arena for historic status.

I kind of figured; maybe something tomorrow. I'm dying to see something more though, like an update with the site or viral, a logo, a new photo, or even an awesome leaked set photo; I feel that it's too much to ask for, but my nature tells me to be demanding. :oldrazz:

D3O is an impact protection material containing intelligent molecules that flow freely when moving but on shock lock together to absorb impact energy, instantly retuning to their flexible state. D3O does NOT go hard when hit, the molecules lock together to ABSORB and SPREAD the force, significantly reducing the effect of impact. D3O can be used in a variety of formulations, including elastomers, microcellular foams and polymers. This unique ability allows us to obtain energy dispersion in critical areas for maximum shock absorption and protection. This can be further enhanced by combining D3O with other functional materials, optimising the synergy by dual-casting or via the modification of the surface energy, providing a unique matrix of possibilities and composite solutions to deliver enhanced shock absorption qualities.

.

Isn't this the stuff that is in the Stretch Armstrong toys?

Intelligent molecules makes me smile, they got tiny nanobrains or something? Molecules don't have intelligence, they have rules and forces that govern their movements and behavior. So it's not really intelligence, it's more akin to instinct. Your talking Bingham plastics and ****, nothing "new", just materials that have been engineered to behave and conform to a set configuration of constraints.

Thanks everybody, what a weekend! Jon Favreau + Robert Downey Jr gave firecracker finale to #hcff ...AND I have a big scoop for a.m.

Could it be Batman news?

It's for Captain America, probably. They held a party for Marvel I think and they were showing a new trailer for that.

Don't see why it would be batman news. Nothing in that tweet alludes to The Dark knight Rises.

Don't know if this has been posted or not
LOS ANGELES — In summers past, Warner Brothers used Comic-Con International, the premiere convention for comic book, science fiction and fantasy fans, as a marketing platform for movies like “Sherlock Holmes,” “300” and “Sucker Punch.”
This year? Warner’s main studio operation is bringing nothing. Ditto Disney and DreamWorks. The Weinstein Company, a perennial presence, will also sit this one out. Even Marvel Entertainment, whose panel for “The Avengers” was a highlight of Comic-Con 2010, is on the fence about whether it will mount a major presentation.

If it is true what do you guys think?

If I recall correctly, TDK didn't have any presence at Comic-Con 2007. They premiered footage a couple months later at Wizard World Chicago.

You are correct.
The only thing that made it inside of the actual Comic-Con 07 that was TDK related were the jokerized $1 bills. Everything else involved a scavenger hunt around Downtown San Diego- which was VERY fun and unexpected

You are correct, I was posting it incase anyone had not come across the article :yay:

Wasn't that the viral no one could figure out ? And if I'm not mistaken I believe the teaser was released a couple weeks later.

I'm gonna be very surprised if they don't announce something superman there

I think the teaser was released the last day of Comic Con 2007. We got a picture of The Joker/Rachel too.
