A picture or something more descriptive would be awesome.

The only reason I find it so surprising is that if the information is indeed so out there, A) why wouldn't more sources pick up on it, like other movie theaters? and B) why would WB so carelessly let slip that a teaser is coming in two months?

Despite the fact that we're all pretty much predicting it to happen, it's not like WB to give us such a major heads up. Hell, look at how hard we had to work just to get the URL to the Bane image. And had they done a better job of hiding the final image, we would have been working that much harder to make sure everyone and their grandmother tweeted so that we could uncover our first look at Bane.

Just trying to think about logically though. I'm not saying I doubt your story.

No im hoping just as much as you that its true too believe me. There usually just e-mails or very plain looking pieces of paper that are mailed to theaters to keep them up to date on stuff thats coming out. So if someone asks about the TDKR teaser they can say last we heard its gonna be on HP7 as opposed to we have no idea. Also theyre updated pretty frequently so it may changed it just depends.

I think we'll get a pic of her sooner than you guys are making it out to be. It may not be tomorrow or 2-3 weeks now, but we'll see her sometime soon. I highly doubt they'll treat Catwoman like they did Two-Face.

He pulled off the prologue using 1 of 2 villains, there were no hints at Harvey Dent or Two Face in either the prologue or trailers...there wasn't even Batman. I think he could base a prologue entirely off Bane's escape from prison.

Ironically, I ended up blind-buying I Am Legend on Blu-ray when I first got into the format 3 years ago. It was on sale compared to a lot of other movies so I went ahead and bought it. Watched it one time and it's decent but definitely not amazing. I haven't watched it since.

Exactly. They're just saving her for later. Bane's reveal was just to whet our appetites and to "introduce" Bane to the public. Catwoman is the 2nd most famous villain after the Joker so I expect a lot of the marketing to revolve around her.

Harry Potter is the movie to premiere something such as the 3rd Batman film teaser. That's it.

Green Lantern, as great as it looks and all, isn't an event. Harry Potter is an event. Why is this an argument?...Harry Potter is the obvious choice, whether you like it or not. More people give a **** about the last film in a franchise people grew up with than a new hero that could/could not perform well.

In Batman lore, I think there is a valid argument that she is the second biggest one. Certainly the second most important one given her relationship with Bruce. And she is just as old as the Joker, having appeared in Batman #1.

I think the logic for you guys saying it'll be attached to HP is kinda backwards. They KNOW it's going to sell tickets, and be an event regardless.

GL is an untested commodity. They're going to want to draw new audiences to a fanboy property, and TDK did that on a mainstream level. What better way to ensure they'll sell extra tickets than attach the most anticipated trailer of the year with a property they're unsure of? One that's also a comic book movie.

HP doesn't need the extra fanfare, batfans are VERY different from Potter fans, they will go out in troves to see this last installment regardless. Plus, if they rush the trailer to be ready for GL, they can re-air the same trailer before HP7-2 just to make sure the broadest audience sees it and gets hyped. To waste that kind of a 'fan engine' on something they know is going to put butts in seats regardless, is kind of a waste in my eyes.
