Balcony scene?

The scene in the balcony right after the Modine/some guy exchange and before the scene of Bruce arriving at the ball with the falling rose petals. It's at around 00:00:34-00:00:36.

Selina Kyle's comment to Bruce at the masquerade certainly leads some credence to DACrowe's theory about TDKR reflecting our times(economic crisis, Occupy Wall Street) in a similar way to how TDK reflected the Bush/War on terror years(torture, surveillance, terrorism etc.).

I can already foresee right wing commentators accusing Nolan of liberal propaganda because of that line in the the trailer. Just wait and see it happen.
