Perhaps the teaser shot is towards the end of the fight, and the trailer shot is towards the beginning.

Teaser Bane has just a vest and in the trailer it's the vest with a long sleeve shirt. Two totally different fights with two different outcomes.

Looks like there is plenty going on to give it the potential to be just as good as TDK if not better.
