First grade of the fall was posted today, so far I get to keep my 4.0. Quite a nail biter. In trailer news, the girlfriend got a little pissed I decided to see it at midnight without her. I seriously miscalculated, usually one can err on the side of less batman with women. Not this one. I think she's a keeper.

I wasn't allowed to see it at midnight. Not only does my girlfriend want to see Sherlock Holmes, but she never missed an opportunity to see me make a fool out of myself with my fanboy passion. If she thinks tomorrow's going to be funny, just wait until we see the Hobbit trailer with Tintin next week .

She embraces the batman quite well. She even likes to read me my comics to me when they come out each month. Can't say I would have called that one. A man has not experienced joy until he has experienced post-coital batman. I may have just over shared. Let's blame it on the hour.

Due to the above average density of neck beards in here I'm guessing lots of people are here just for the trailer. Phone about to die, will return post screening to share my thoughts with the small cross section of you that will both be up still and give a damn about my opinion. There's hot to be at least one.

I no they won't, but I wish, since this is the last film, that WB would put the prologue up in full HD. I really loved that sequence! It played once in my area, thanks to that special advanced screening, but now I don't have a 70mm theater that's showing the prologue anywhere in my city.

You're only hope of seeing the prologue in HD before the film itself is if WB decides to re-release TDK on Blu-Ray, for whatever reason.

Trust me when I say this: that footage will not be officially released online.

My theater gave a big applause for the TDKR trailer. Although, the Battleship trailer was played right before it so I think everyone's expectations were at an all time low.

Yes, but we've seen quite a bit of Batman on set, and we can deduce that there was a decent amount of sound stage shooting. For instance, the Batman/Bane fight in the sewer or cave was not seen by any of our "ninjas", nor was the scene in which Batman uses his new Batpod weapon.

It's accurate. Literally, when Gotham is gone, Gotham is dead, Gotham is ashes. He's literally saying when Gotham has become or entered a state of being ash, versus saying when Gotham is in ashes which is literally saying when Gotham is covered or swarmed by ash.

Yeah it's correct. Imagine if your friend's mother was cremated. If you were a jerk you would say "Your mother is ashes". Not your "mother is in ashes".

Bane is literally referring to Gotham being ashes.

The Plan was to go to the IMAX theater in West Nyack, NY and see the Prologue at 9:00pm

Once the Prologue was over I was to leave, enjoy some time at the Dave and Busters, then drive to Port Chester, NY to the AMC to see the new Dark Knight Rises Trailer in the IMAX Digital version of MI4 at midnight.

Prologue: Amazing!!! Looked incredible!!! Bane hard to hear once alot of noise was happening, really great stuff.

Dave and Busters: Won 1000 tickets on my first game played

Trailer: Those ****ers put the Teaser on the movie instead!!!!

Super Awesome Dark Knight Rises Night ruined!!!!
