I really like JM but I've never cared for his Aqua-bro.
That said, I think/hope he'll be a Perfect Lobo.

Anywho, the Aquaman film kinda ruined the whole mystic of Aquaman and Atlantis.

There were literally hundreds of thousands
( maybe more?) of Atlantians and JM was like YO! the whole time.
I mean it literally looked like an underwater metropolis.

Maybe it's just me, but I feel Arthur should act more regal.

Also, for me, Arthur should be one of only a few hundred, maybe a couple of thousand, of Atlantians left.

Uh, talk about where to go with Aquaman...Yesssss.
I so hope they dont ignore Aquaman in the future, even with Momoa gone.

While i doubt it, James Wan going all out on a new Aquaman would be so cool...but i doubt he would stay with Aquaman once the Reboot happens.

As for Arthur himself, im honestly not sure what i want.
Part of me wants them to continue with a Jason Momoa type of Actor, the Bearded, Long Haired Aquaman is cool.
But then whenever i think about Aquaman, the first image that comes to my mind is always this.

Like god damn would i love to see this visual in live action.

I've always had a hard time with these modern takes on superhero costumes, like what I saw from the MCU or the first season of The Boys and countless of other shows. Even in the comics themselves. With all these random patterns, seams, mixed textures, etc. It feels like "disguise" but not in the expected way.
It's just looks so overdesigned and goofy to me. Like what I imagine the military would wear if they went to war on a bike.

I thought cavill's suit had way too many lines on it as well.
I still liked it, but without all the lines, it woulda been damn near perfect.

I just hope we get the \S/ back on superman's cape. It looks bland without it.

OT: One area where Superman may have been as spoiled as Batman (almost) is music. This theme, the one from the DCAU, Williams, Zimmer and even the one from the Fleisher cartoon...
All memorable to me, even though I'm not necessarily a true fan of the character.
