Discuss the upcoming comeback appearance of the Quicksilver in the 2016 blockbuster X-Men: Apocalypse. t:

According to X-Men: The Last Stand and X-Men: Days of Future Past, hitmaker, Simon Kinberg, he is set to return! So what I want in the next movie for him is a shorter hair, like a spiky hair, then a slick costume like for action sequences. And then like, if he join forces with Magneto, I wouldn't mind if they don't do this father/son revelation. Love Peter Evans.

Quicksilver wasn't needed in their mission, well according to their plan or Logan's plan. They only needed him to get Magneto out of the prison. And could they really take Peter away from his mother for like days to go to Paris? I know they are saving the future but still.

I'd love to see a scene kinda like in the Matrix sequels where Peter runs so fast that cars get caught up in his wake and follow him or walls are pulled down

Also said the Original trilogy actors were returning in younger forms. They must've meant OT "characters" unless Fox has developed a Fountain of Youth for the OT actors

See this is something I actually would like to see, and it adds to my thinking that it does draw a fair bit from AOA but rather than Xavier being dead, he is actually a horseman and they think he is dead. And boom we get Xavier and Wolverine as the horsemen. They could even have mystique as a horseman at the start who willingly goes with Apoc and hands over wolverine to him before seeing Xavier taken by Apoc and realising that she needs Magneto's help to get him back. Or Mystique could die in the climax seeing as Jlaws contract runs out.

Or Storm is a horseman before running away and being recruited by QS

I dont like the idea of Quicksilver working with the X-Men.

the most exciting thing about him, appart from his relationship with Magneto and Wanda, is to see him fight the x-men, not being just another mate. Id like to see an actual brotherhood this time. its about time, imo

It depends because he had a pretty important role in AOA so just depends how much they are using of it.

Yea! There should be so many visual displays of power !!! Mega hurricane and lightning bolt storm! Omni blast Cyclops! Magneto dropping a meteor shower on Apocalypse AND HE TANKS IT! !

I actually want to see his relationship with Magneto further explored. So far, we have yet to see a father-son dynamic take place within the series, and I think it would add a new layer for Magneto's character by showcasing on how he interacts with Peter, with them both now knowing of their connection to each other.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's revealed that Peter either sought out Magneto after seeing his broadcast from "DOFP" or if Magneto sought him out to recruit him after seeing on how powerful Peter is, only to then find out by meeting Peter's mom that Peter is his son.

He was with the X-Men in AoA, and will likely be to some capacity in Apocalypse, but I worry they'll exploit that in future films. Turn him into a good guy. Make him too likeable.

Then they may have already shot themselves in the foot since it seems like a lot of people, fans and the general audiences, already like the dude.

And truth be told, based on what we saw of his personality, he really didn't seem like the kind of guy that could do evil things. Pranks and petty theft, sure...but anything more than that...Idk.

I dunno, if they take from AOA and have him on the X-Men's side with Magneto then at the end of the film he could go off with him and form a brotherhood.

I think they'll probably make him a good guy. but i'd prefer him be on Magnetos side at least at first

There's no signs yet that Scarlet Witch will appear in Apocalypse.

Quicksilver is pretty much guaranteed a stellar role in Apocalypse, public demand will see to that!

I think she should be. I don't think we've ever seen a good girl fight in the X-Men.
You could have the Scarlet Witch vs. the Weather Witch or even Jean Grey vs. Scarlet Witch (with a heavy use of red as a symbol?)
