I hope your not one those people that thinks the show is bad but continues watching it under the guise of "sticking it out and hoping it gets better" only to keep coming on here and complaining about it.

Yeah there were a lot of those for Agents of shield, which I thought was a fantastic first season. You learn to tune them out. People who go into shows or films with bad attitudes never come out with a good one.

Loved it :wow: and will absolutely watch it again when it comes on TV.

Love the prison scene near the end. There's a nice "passing the torch" moment there.

It was alright. About what I expected, and so I'm happy with it.
I like how it has taken a lot of notes from the 90's series. The scene with Barry running a track in a protosuit as a female Star Lab employee monitors his vitals and speed was straight out of the old show.
Barry and the Star Lab guys are good. REALLY impressive effects too with that tornado.
Liked the crossover scene too. Well placed n' paced.
It could do a lot better it terms of humour, dialogue, cinematography, but it's CW, so I never went in expecting the best. A step up from the old show.

Don't ask for piracy on the hype board. ever.

Watched the pilot last night. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Grodd! :woot:

Just watched it. Great companion to arrow.
Loved detective West "Why would god need to rob a bank?"

I can't wait to see where they go in terms of Arrow/Flash crossover events. I'm not certain if something like that has ever been done before, as in show relating and in the same universe as another show at the same time.

You think they'll have some big bad that is a threat in both shows at the same time? Or possibly just have one track a criminal to the others city maybe? maybe they'll keep them pretty much stand alone like the Marvel movies, outside of the rare desparation team.up.

Oh and I showed the pilot to my younger brother who loves Arrow, he thought it was cooler than Arrow but when I stopped and explained the Grodd thing he thought that was dumb lol and was a bit.confused at the end newspaper thing, but was very.excited that Batman can maybe join with them one day.

Lol, that was a great scene for him.

Mardon: [ dead serious] I realized... I am god...
West: [WTF?!?] Shut the hell up!

DC/Marvel wise it hasnt been done, though Marvel has already crossed over with AoS/Thor/CA so tv/movie has been done. If it is done as well as Buffy/Angel, bring it on.

Vandal Savage is a perfect villain for GA and The Flash to team up against.

Very good pilot.
I like most of the cast save the StarLab assistant, he seems out of place. On the other hand the female assistant is very cute, I remember sawing her in SkyHigh ( super heroes academy ).
Question for the comic book readers : is StarLab's boss a known character from the comics ? Does he come from the future ?

Harrison Wells is not a character from the comics.

Vandal Savage is too big a threat for just them two. They would need a team, Arrows has broaden the universe greatly but they'd need more.

Really liked the pilot. Was so happy to see
Grodd's cage
Hopefully it only gets better like Arrow.

I felt like it was a pilot directed by 2 directors, one hammy and one cheesy. Alot of the shots with the characters talking felt very cheap and hammy and some of the effects felt like a high school class did them. The ending where he fights the villian was well done but overall just too much on the side of campy/ cheesy and hammey.

Agreed. Arrow can fight him and Flash can foil his broadly spread devices. He provides a scientific tie to the time travel-laden Flash and a conspiracy/historical challenge to the espionage centric Arrow. He's ideal all around.

The pilot was cool. It was pretty much what I expected it to be. I'm definitely expecting the ensuing episodes to be stronger, but I like what they've set up here.

I liked the pilot, easier to get into than Arrow for me. I'll be watching the show.

Wells saying, "Run, Barry! Run!" at the end and Barry running as fast as he could was awesome. Definitely my favorite part.

I really enjoyed the pilot, i loved the cameo so much! I liked how optimistic and superheroicly inspiring this was, not to mention all the teases
with Grodd and time travel.

Definitely off to a wonderful start, just not fancying
the Love triangle and.......Vibe.
