With the particle accelerator accident they are already on that Planet of the Apes path. Which is where I hope it stops, Grodd being Ceasar with telepathy is extremely derivative. If it was some obscure movie that nobody has seen in 30yrs sure. With it being so fresh in people's mind it comes off to me as all kinds of wrong. Ape men like the original POA

Doing anything GL within the first season would be dumb. Let the Flash breathe on his own. It's enough that Firestorm is in the mix.

Yeah, I can see that. Firestorm might be "episode 20" like Barry was supposed to be for Arrow last year. also Firestorm has DC's third best rouges gallery behind Batman and Flash. doing this means we can have his villans too.

Yes, but most superheroes don't have a rogues gallery to rival Batman and Flash. And looking at that list. . . ehhhh, I think you may be stretching. Its a good deal longer than I would have thought, though. Always easy to forget that Firestorm used to be much more prominent.

Yeah Firestorm was a lot more important pre 52. the point I was trying to make is that I don't think that it was a coincidence that both he and Plastique are coming.

She did. the major thing Smallville changed was not making her a redhead.

Ok, then I was wrongly pissed at Smallville. I only knew her from JLU, and there she was just using regular plastic explosives. Thought Smallville just decided to give every regular villain super powers or stupid gadgets they never had before. Like Deadshot with his hightech bullets, that would follow the target.

Do you guys think we'll ever see Martian Manhunter in this universe? I don't think we'll get him in the movies any time soon sadly, I really really want to see him in this universe. Along with Hal.

I doubt it we will see Martian manhunter .. according to this quote.Only Virgins Know Who Martian Manhunter is.

Maybe he will show up on Flash. don't think he'll show up on Arrow. Then again, neither of these shows are run by Goyer. who came up with that "Virgins" quote so anything's possible

Yeah Goyer's MM comments don't effect this show at all.

Honestly, I think his comments suggest that we will be seeing the character on the show. the CW universe is doing characters that the movies aren't tackling (besides THE FLASH) and Martian Manhunter i'd imagine would be a big character that the fanboy creators of Flash and Arrow would want on their shows
