I don't care for Deadshot masked the only signature to Deadshot's look is the eye piece and the guns on his hand. Everything else has been changed or from one thing to another.

What is signature to Snart are the shades and hood. Which is so common in the arrowverse that I imagine it won't be long before he has them.
