People are certainly entitled to their opinion. However I completely disagree with this comment

No way CW leaked this. Not when A) they're taking down news stories about this over at other sites, taking down the pilot wherever its hosted, and B) planning to debut it at Comic Con, which would give it a huge word of mouth. This leak has totally taken the wind out of that.

They had a highly favorable reaction at the screening.
So what they do is leak the pilot...for a day....while doing everything to make it look like they are trying to stop it. (I've not seen them take down news stories about it).
The pilot 'leaked' and it's got mostly favorable reactions....but not everybody saw it...and now they've generated a 'need' to see it. People are still gonna go see it at Comic con. Some people may want to go see it again.

After seeing Quicksilver in Days of Future's Past-- this show is just a shame. They need to cancel it to avoid any confusion with what they are going to do in Justice League.

After seeing Quicksilver in Days of Future's Past-- this show is just a shame.

Most overrated live action comic character ever. All I heard was about Quicksilver being so awesome. Went to see the movie and was absolutely unimpressed given all the hype he got.

Only decent thing was the slo-mo in the kitchen and that was movie production budget effects.

The only things that really stood out for me, in terms of what I had disliked about the pilot were..

1. Grant's delivery of his "I've been searching for the impossible, never once thinking that I would become the impossible" line. It felt very awkward to hear in the way that Grant had said it.

2. Some dialogue pieces could have been trimmed down in this film, namely the part where Barry come walking into Star Labs and saying on how he wasn't the only one affected by the explosion. He could have just said "explosion" as opposed to the whole other stuff that came before it.

3. Aside from Dr. Wells, Barry, and Detective West...no one really stood out in this pilot...which is something I hope will change as the series progresses.

4. Anyone else feel like the production value for Arrow's pilot was much better than this episode? I'm thinking that since Arrow doesn't need to rely on using so many CGI shots, that they can utilize more of their budget on their production design and action sequences.

Overall though, the pilot didn't necessarily disappoint me..but it didn't impress me either.

Two words get ready for it..... time paradox. I don't think that's spoiling anything since that's a part of a major comic storyline.

It's also possible that...

Maybe Future Flash/Barry was actually there as well and that he was probably trying to save his mother from Zoom...but during their super speed battle, Future Barry realizes that if Zoom kills his younger self, then a lot more things will end up getting screwed up thus he has/had to make the decision to get his younger self away from there, which gives Zoom enough time to kill his mother.

Same. I thought it was disappointing at first, and actually stopped watching. I decided to give it another chance and was floored by how good it was.

Anyone who says stuff like this shouldn't be taken serious. They should stop selling Flash Halloween costumes too because people might get confused if they see someone dressed as Flash

I really liked it but they need to cut that bit out when barry says "lightening gave me abs?" like wtf dude your thin and scrawny and you think those things are abs lol.
