Ever since Supernatural: Bloodlines wasn't picked for series, I have been thinking, given CW's propensity to recycle actors, this guy may end up as Wally.

I'm really looking forward to this show and although I do like Arrow, I hope they cut down on the lovey dovey aspect. I know this is CW so their main target audience for years has been teenage girls but Arrow needs to cut back on the, and I hate this term, "feels".
