Been meaning to ask but did they ever give a reason on how the Reverse Flash, from the recent crossover, no longer has to worry about the Black Flash chasing after him due to the whole issue with the nonexistence of his lineage?

I think what Barry did with Iris isn't much different than what he did with that train last season. If he can phase an object filled with many people with him, it's not really out of the question that he can share some sort of speed bubble with Iris. Of course there's also always the possibility that Iris could do that because she's pregnant with a speedster baby too.Re the whole court room speed thing with Iris: Didn't Wally have the ability to steal and transfer speed? I think I remember that being an ability he developed while going against Zoloman, and just assumed that's what Barry was doing. Could be remembering it wrong.

Yes, Wally was able to do that in the comics and him temporarily absorbing the speed of a few other speedsters played a part in defeating Zoom. He also more relevently shared his speed with Linda on occasion.
I dont remember Black Flash.. unless y'all mean Zoom... to which Frost didnt kill, the speed force wraiths took him.
Thats not even my question: if he can move so fast in court, long enough to have a conversation with Iris, why didnt he just move DeVoes body in his apartment?
That argument still doesn't wash. How they convicted him didn't make a lick of sense. Yes there was a lot of evidence against him but nothing was really answered: why did he do it? Isn't that the #1 thing asked in a court of law?
There's also the fact that Barry doesn't want to lie or hide the truth in this situation. Honestly I don't put much stock in the idea of them needing a motive either to convict Barry. With that evidence, would it really matter why he did it to the court? And with the him being a CSI complaints, that wouldn't mean anything to someone just then killing someone. It's not like Barry, if he had killed him, would have been prepared for the cops bursting in. For all that hypothetical version of Barry would know, he had plenty of time to clean it up without worrying about being caught. As a CSI, Barry knew that there still would have been evidence like skin cells, hair strands, and blood, even without the body. Moreover, he had to be in shock that Devoe was calling him on the phone while Barry was staring at Devoe's body. Barry was temporarily immobilized with confusion, which was Devoe's goal.
Got it, another ep to skip, thanks for the heads up.You only have yourselves to blame..spoke it into existence lol
