Quick question guys. I just rewatched season 1 and I didn't realize at first that they made a comment saying Barry's fastest speed so far is only mach 2. Isn't that a little underwhelming? Mach 2 is only around 1500 MPH. How can he travel back in time with that speed when fighter jets and military weapons today are around mach 7. I thought he was at least mach 10 since people only see a blur when he runs.

That's fast enough to be a blur for a running man.

No, I don't expect a team-up very soon.
And I don't think Wally will think much of Flash here.

Man I just want some Earth 2 heroes besides Jay.i'd die if they had Huntress(Helena Wayne) and Powergirl(Supergirl series actress) come to Earth 1 for a bit.

I'm not sure who can they introduce as a hero. Clearly they are going to Earth-2 for Jesse. It would be nice to have extra people helping him.

True. Then the writers need to develop who they have, make Barry smart, give the team their own independent story line. Maybe just for Easter Egg purposes cameo one hero.

In the Justice League cartoon, Wally West was a bit of a jokester. This Wally West is about as funny as a funeral. It's not like they've already given the jokey personality to Barry. Why did they make Wally so dull? He doesn't exactly seem like an interesting actor.

I'm not certain but I believe the Wally West in JL cartoon was a accumulation of all the Flash's. I believe the jokester personality comes from the third Flash Bart Allen. Though I never found him funny in his run as the Flash.

If he's not jokey in the first place, he's not suddenly going to become a barrel of laughs. It's not like he even displays a smart-ass personality at the moment. He seems very bland, as does the actor. I'm not sure I even want to see him becoming the Flash we all know and love. If he's not interesting enough in the first place, who cares about his journey?

Its best to just ignore every stated measurement of the Flash' speed. Virtually everything he does from episode 2 on requires far more speed than they credit him with.

A good way to develop Wally as his own man after a team up with Barry would be to put him in next year's Legends of Tomorrow roster, and make his powers have some radical difference; perhaps he has limited speed unless he starts absorbing the kinetic force of other people of objects.

Well he could just be a Wally from the future if he is in Legends where he is already the Flash. He doesn't have to be present day Wally since they can visit any time and potentially recruit someone from any time period.

the thing is they are over pushing Cisco as a precog currently when his Vib powers are supposed to be about him shaking the earth and shaking other things and people up via vibrations and that tracking other people and portal's thing was secondary cause the vibration earth quake powers were portal related .

it looks like we aren't likely to be seeing Cisco help barry out on case's or fighting along side him any time soon . which leaves only characters like jay, wally and Trajectory and Jesse quick all speedsters.

it would have been to see Cisco help out beside's being a voice at star labs watching him get beat down and needing encouragement which they have Caitlin doing as well . Hell Cisco can even bring gadgets too, if their power's are enough if he was allowed to shake things up and down. that would be cool to see.

To be fair, we're meeting Wally at a pretty dark time in his life, since he's been paying his mothers hospital bills on his own and watching her slowly die for awhile. Makes sense that he wouldn't be a barrel of laughs.
