Ya know, you're right. It does look better.

Those manips show that the suit is pretty good. But it could be great.

The colour contrast could come on its own, depending on how it appears on film. But I agree, that does look good.

The contrast is almost certainly something that will happen in post, aside from the changed logo that picture is probably a much better representation of what to expect in the pilot than the original washed out version.

and i understand that in 2014 its very popular to have big shoulders and skinny legs. but not flash. with Flash you need runner muscular legs. if his shoulders in the suit can be 3 times bigger his legs should also be.

You ever seen a distance runner? They don't usually have huge muscular legs even at the olympic level. I saw a lot of builds like that (including my own) when I ran Cross Country.

You know the red felt behind the logo could be chroma key... for something else.

You don't, and really can't, use red for chroma key.

Not sure if I like the double bolt, as in the traditional suit and show photos, or the single bolt from the cartoon....also,

Can someone do a manip with the circle background in a darker red and/or even black?

Edit: Also not a fan of the belt buckle...the belt and buckle makes the waist look loose IMO. Not to be nitpicky lol, but it would've worked better with a seamless belt or a simple buckle...not that pontiac car grill they got going on. The boots are also not the best IMO. I don't mind the gold and red scheme, I just would've liked them to be higher, a bit closer to the knee, and have some different design/detial on the top front part, maybe a different cut. Some type of lighting scheme pattern wouldve looked cool with the yellow pinstripe theme coming up from the yellow on the booth to the shin.

You can but definitely not if your subject is already wearing red.

Personally I think the distance build is far more appropriate for the character, his incredible speed is from superpowers, not giant muscles, but being an XC runner probably makes me a tad biased.

My number 1 complain is still that it's a bit too loose. Other than that, I like it. Really looking forward to the pilot. Hope they pull the action off well.

It's still funny how a show that didn't want to use powers, spawned a spin-off for one of the most powerful DC heroes.
