It's called Dark Souls.
Dark Souls isn't a sequel; its a spiritual successor. As Soapy mentioned, Sony owns the Demon's Souls IP and can revive it with a sequel if they wanted

From developed it, Atlus published it in the west, and Sony owns the IP.
Just wanted to note that Sony Japan also worked on development

Yeah, I know that, but it's also the closest thing fans are going to get to a sequel.

So who here has played Battlefield Bad Company 2? Can anyone tell me more about it, especially how the multiplayer is compared to Battlefield 3? I was thinking of buying that Bad Company.

Was one of my favourite MP games of this gen. Might not hold up graphically compared to BF3 now (I haven't played recently enough to remember) and more importantly the playing populations might have fallen from the old days when it wouldn't take long to find a 12 Vs 12 game. Gameplay wise though some of those Rush games on certain maps were probably even more fun than BF3 to me. BF3 might be better overall but I don't enjoy Rush on it nearly as much.

And that Vietnam DLC was awesome. Like a whole new game added on. I'd definitely recommend getting this even now as long as there are still enough people playing.

I personally think Bad Company 2 is the better game.

Okay, I'm posting this in here because not many people go to the PC section, but I have a Steam code for Serious Sam 3 if anyone wants it.

Disclaimer: It might not work because I accidentally tried to activate it on my account, but I already own a copy and I'm pretty sure it rejected the code.

So, hey guys, what was the verdict on the DMC game? I see the critical response was fairly good, but curious to see what fans thought of it.

You'll get mixed messages but I thought it was an amazing game. Very well done, fun and worth getting, especially since the price has dropped. I'd personally give it an 8.5. Not as good as DMC 3, but definetly better than 4

Am I too late? :yay:

Sorry, but yes. I could give you a coupon for Duke 3D as a consolation prize if you want.
I appreciate the counter-offer :woot: but no worries mate.

In my opinion, the first one is the only really good one.

The one for the Xbox? I thought that one was pretty mediocre, but maybe partially because the hype was so high at the time. Never did care enough to try the others.

I thought 2 was fine (never played the 1st) but it's not for everyone. Some people will think it's **** just for the style.
