That did look better. I was thinking that it would be really cool to see a Daredevil suit made of the same material as the new Batman suit, but it might make the suit too restrictive. Hard to tell

I'd like to see the black colored red. Don't change the detailing or anything like that, just that one detail.

Actually, I'd also like to remove the detailing on the chest (particularly the black strips). You can't see them in that picture, though.

I'm fine with the armour, and I can live with the colors, (Although I hope they go all red/burgundy at some point). But that nose bridge is driving me nuts. To be fair, it's perfectly practical to have it covered for extra protection, but the fanboy in me wants that classic look.
I can see the suit going through changes as the season progresses. Captain America has already had 3 different designs. Can't see why DD can't go through his own wardrobe change.

After watching the costume in action over and over again, I can say I really do love it. Next season, I just would like it to be entirely red. No black at all.

For me, it's appeal really depended on the lighting and angle of a shot, so what was a really cool suit one moment is cringe worthy the next. The changes I would like to see would be to have more red armor, particularly around the neck, while using some the existing black to highlight and backdrop portions of the outfit so it's not just a sea of red.

Also, as for the frontal plate of the mask, I really like it because it seems to give him some facial expression.

I went back and watched #13 again. The costume really looked good on screen. I guess still shots allow us to nitpick at it. One thing I did notice, on some shots it looked like the side black jawpads were kind of loose and not tight to his face. This is where it looked a tad off. Otherwise, it really worked well onscreen. I'm fine if it never changes...

the costume wasn't bad. but i have a feeling that we will get a more comic accurate suit next season or when The Defenders premieres. gotta remember that the guy who designed Matt's suit said it wasn't complete

so i am hoping next time we see Daredevil we get to see an upgraded suit with more red and the DD symbol on the chest

The costume was really good. It does look a lot like the secret was costume indeed. I agreee that it needs a little more red and the DD symbol though. I can still say I really liked it.

I can't say I loved the red suit. Looked bit better in dark scenes and during moving but it's bad suit overall from stylistic point of view.

Cowl needs the most work. The hood/helmet combo didn't quite work here. They should take a cue from Cap's AoU costume or the Nightwing costume someone posted from Young Justice. They both have a collar/turtle neck that works better.

I like the costume in motion, same as TDK, but they both have the same issues with the cowl and looking a bit weird in stills.

My only major gripe is the suit's build makes zero sense in the context of the show. He wanted something similar to Fisk's armor which was thin and layered between the materials of his coat. It offered protection from slashes and I think Fisk was directly stabbed as well, not sure, but going by this, the DD suit should be more or less like he was already wearing, just protective. I'll have to watch the scene in the shop again, but it doesn't seem like he instructed the guy to make it super protective.

As for the cowl, they need to go thinner because it was too thick. Like use a lucha mask, Kane mask or a few movie masks as an idea for how to thin it out.

To be honest, I think I would have preferred to see a red version of his black outfit. His new outfit is way too 'busy' and distracting.

This is the image that has really sold me on the suit. I think it looks fantastic here, if we can get the DD symbol either on the chest or his peck, we'll be in full swing business.
