Not sure how different the mask and suit will be as it's hard to tell from the lighting and quick cuts of the trailer at least for me.

It does look a little better, I just hate how they cover the nose. It looks so much like Batman right now.

The new mask is 100x better than the last one. Hope it doesn't take too much of the series before he switches to this one.

Definitely looks like he gets a new mask. Looks like the old one is cut and put back together. New one appears more red too. I have always loved this suit but my issue was the sides of the face were too loose. I guess it was fixed!

It's the same design but much better. The suit itself seems more red in those shots with the new mask. I guess all he needs is the double D.
For those of you asking if it's the same mask look above his eyes. The lines that gave him a bird-like apperance are gone and the horns look different. It's not the same.

I bet it is early on though. He may start the season with that cut in his mask, maybe to show battle damage.

Like they don't have the flat sides that the first one did.

That just looks like a guy with a heavy hoat on and not Matt Gerald, the guy who played Melvin Potter aka Gladiator in season 1. Plus, Gladiator uses saw blades.

There is no way we won't get the DD down the line. This is Marvel, they don't shy away from the looks. There has to be a reason he hasn't gotten it yet, i'm damn sure the creators haven't forgotten it t:

It's odd the mask seems black-ish in the front in the other shots. It wasn't that way in season 1, maybe it gets burned and then cut?

Castle has Matt tied up with chains, so this scene most likely happens after Matt is able to get free.

I don't like the newer mask... Might be the angle but it looks like his face/skin is being squeezed out of it. Hopefully it's just that shot though.
