This is going to turn into another one of those Avengers vs. TDKR sorts of things isn't it? These boards are going to get awful in a few weeks. :csad:

All I have to say is you'd better hope JL doesn't come out in 2015. If you think this is bad, you haven't seen anything yet. That's when comparisons would reach critical overload.

I believe the chances of a JL film in 2015 are only slightly above 0%.

Anyways, what are the chances we get actual spoilers so? Doesn't it come out in New Zealand very soon?

Fanboy wars are always boring.

I have hopes on both films. On IM3 because they've really hit the spot with the MCU character, much thanks to RDJ, and the story has a lot of potential.

On MoS becasue I still hope that Superman can appeal to me again.

I'm looking forward to IM3. I feel like there is a lot of action, particularly with the extremis infused soldiers, that we've yet to see in the trailers or spots.

Yep, pretty well hidden. I love every tv spot or featurette, because you always get another little snippet or two of the great looking action.

From what i gather, the fan screening stars in an hr..so i'm guessing we'll start seeing reactions in about 4 hrs

Iron Man 3 is the business

Great character development, lots of humour and charm in #IronMan3

Not quite sure what the villain was trying to achieve though #IronMan3

From someone who saw a screening in London last night:
@Abby_Chandler: Okay, I think I can probably get away with saying that Iron Man 3 is very, very good. Start getting excited, people.

Too late.

In general most reactions to the film seem to indicate the villains are weak. Hmm.

Really? I only recall seeing 4 or 5 reactions from twitter so far (at most), and only one of those made any mention of the villain...and they said they weren't sure of what they were trying to accomplish, not that they were "weak" in any regard.

Not at all, it was just one guy who said he wasn't sure what the villains motives were. But he said the movie itself was class

When the fan screenings are over Tumblr will no doubt be full of reactions, probably more than Twitter. I'm pretty sure that I've read of fans from other forums getting to go, too.

On another note, it's sad to see that this forum has been overrun by trolling from certain MOS fans. Up until last night this was a peaceful place, but that was spoiled by some extremely disrespectful behavior. Everybody has favorites, we get that. But there are other places on this site where they can be discussed without inciting arguments and flaming. It's all very unnecessary.

Apparently the Iron Man 3 embargo no longer applies to Twitter. Which doesn't really surprise me, as the film's great

In terms of the series, for me it's about on a par with IM1. Very reminiscent of Lethal Weapon, and almost no in-jokery/self-indulgence.

OK, one last thing: people will be talking about Ben Kingsley's performance a LOT. He has a couple of *sensational* scenes dialogue-wise.

could not agree more. I like the MOS trailer but I am not going to come on a board that is set up for a different film and start a stupid fanboy flame war. Having different boards that are regularly monitored to stop flame wars and spamming is something that I really like about this site. Please people do not ruin that.
