How did James Badge Dale's character get to use the Iron Patriot suit? Shouldn't it be coded for Rhodey only? What did I miss?

I'm guessing because AIM built the IP suit they purposely didn't code the suit to Rhodey only.

Just watched the movie..Holy **** it was awesome..10/10 for me,better than The Avengers in my opinion..The twist was executed well and oh man ,the glove and boot sequence was amazing

Final battle was breath taking, Tony was pissed Funny movie..The Mark 42 kinda had a personality of its own, it was funny lol xD
This was the best MCU movie to date,it had depth,action,dramatic moments and emotional.. I shed a tear in the end..Really cool movie..going to watch it tomorrow again

The movie ends in a perfect way, IMO. If Downey Jr doesn't do a forth, this one can essentially serve as the end of this Stark's arc - in solo Iron Man films - and leaves plenty of room for a new actor to take over the role later. The end credit montage of all three films kind of gives that impression too. Downey Jr's Stark chose Pepper and destroyed his gear. He got rid of the arc in his chest. If there's a aesthetic overhaul (suits) and different location for his house, that's all explained away here. And if Downey Jr does come back for a forth, there's still no problem either.

I second this question...i'll assume it's part of the added stuff in the chinese version.

Apparently all the extra Chinese actor footage they shot isn't even in the international China version according to an article I read. So now I am really confused.
