Evan Peters, Zac Efron, Ryan Gosling, Macaulay Culkin, and Ryan Gosling don't strike me as Joker. I could be wrong, but nothing about them screams Joker to me.

I know you're probably joking, but I'd be fine if we never had a bearded Joker.

I think during the writing of Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on Serious Earth, Grant Morrison initially wanted a bearded Joker so that his grin might remind certain readers of er... vagina dentata lol.

Alrighty then. They were also talking about having him dressed as a parody of Madonna. While that certainly doesn't seem entirely OOC, I much prefer what we got in the final product, because it looks terrifying.

Oh agreed on all fronts. I'm not advocating for a bearded Joker. I think it'd be crappy.

I like him, but he seems like a Joker for a more cartoony take. He would have thrived in Batman Forever.
