Always thought Brody's an interesting angle when people throw it around though. Probably unlikely they'd look at him, but he's in that cool "recognizable but not some big A-list megastar" space, and certainly has the right look and the acting chops. For a sort of less-loud noir-y Joker I could definitely see him nail it, still having theatrical outburts in places but more that horrific cold killer shark thing for the most part. Funny but...a little more restrained than the guys we've seen so far.

But, I digress. Depp has too much of a following. And I know this sounds ****ty but don't waste a career resurgence on this character for the first Batman trilogy in 10 years.

Too many people would think he's "cool" as Joker. I want people to be freaked out more by him here.
