Guuurrl droppin' some knowledge up in this piece.![]()

And here I was tryin' to give you the attention that you want.
That'll teach me.![]()
You're racist. We know.![]()
Well I stands corrected.![]()

But we've already tried that (multiple times!) and it doesn't work.Well, speak like an intelligent, articulate human being and maybe I'll pay attention more. I'm not into this whole "Urban" or "Chav" crap nor do I like Rap and Hip Hop either.

Who said Anubis wanted to marry you?Is this a Bipolar attraction you have for me?
Anyways, it's not that I am not fair about my opinions concerning other races, I am just not into that whole "Urban" or "Chav" type of way of conducting oneself in life. I personally find it off putting and kind of crude. I mean regardless of your ethnicity you have the capacity to master the English language and speak with a wider vocabulary with other people. I just wish more people in general would start sounding like formally educated people around me with a firm grasp of the words in the dictionary. I admit that I am whiter than white bread in my behavior because that is the atmosphere I grew up in and when it comes to engagements with other people I am looking for that same quality. Even a conversation I can recognize as plain English is fine with me. You don't need to use fancy words or have to carry a dictionary around with you. Just speak to me using words I can actually understand. I'm not impressed by posturing and acting like you're the best thing on the planet. That's the one quality I hate about that whole "Urban" "Chav" thing, that by your words and actions in my mind it sounds like you're putting up a front of superiority. I am a quiet, sensitive, intelligent, introverted, thoughtful, philosophical thinker and I'd like to see some of those qualities reflected in a man in order for me to even consider him husband worthy material.
You can have fun and joke with a guy without judging him for husband material.

Actually made me cry with laughter.
Maybe we ought to dole out our own advice using chav speak!Of all the people to reply too over the last few pages, she picks Anubis?

Or assume that every single man you come across wants to put a ring on your finger. That's the one quality I hate about that whole "Urban" "Chav" thing, that by your words and actions in my mind it sounds like you're putting up a front of superiority.

But seriously Godzilla2000, it's quite unnecessary to require men be husband material to even have a conversation with them.Or assume that every single man you come across wants to put a ring on your finger.

Instead of making laundry lists of what you EXPECT in a man, why don't you go out and try and meet one?Is this a Bipolar attraction you have for me?

Who wouldn't? He's a fine, fine specimen of a man.

Well... he does make a lot of jokes![]()

If you are sincere, thanks for the positive reinforcement. I am taking a stand after being treated like crap by so many men lately. I am who I am and if a guy has to change me in order to like me then that's not what I define as love. You should love someone not for what you can change about them but who they are inside and out. If they can't be bothered to love me as a proud, plus sized woman then why are they even bothering to court me if only for selfish reasons? They're attitude brings me more pain that makes me feel good about myself. If they're so hung up in such a superficial world, I don't want to be a part of that at all. On the flip side are men who are too childish. In my view mirth and having fun is a great thing, but when it comes at the expense of another person, using shame and embarrassment to cause laughs, then it's a very very rude way of conducting oneself and I don't want to be a part of that either. For example:
Good Prank - Putting someone's car keys in a jello mold. (Saw this on The Office one time and it got my mind thinking.)
Bad Prank - Having friends put on an act, it can be anything, just to make someone scared.
One to me is innocent fun, the other is just plain nasty and vindictive.
