I'm thinking that isn't a fear gas scene but a CCTV shot of Batman kicking the crap out of The Joker after his arrest.

Like someone said earlier, it's most likely a scene in a school bus(videotape?). The Joker is maybe hitting the goon behind the camera with a baseball's bat after he said his message(the reason why he stole all the mob money?).

I've said this on the TV spots thread but I'll say it again. How cool would it be if this was the closing shot of the video message sent to the Gotham VIP's after the Joker says "starting tonight, people will die. I'm a man of my word..."? I mean... saying it and killing the person holding the camera (maybe a goon) would be badass on so many levels.

lol, how was he supposed to prove that before the tv spot was released? That being said, I agree, I think the trailer version is much more charismatic while the T.V. spot just sounds a bit boring.
