I realize this is an extremely nitpicky question, but if the the Joker goes for days without changing his makeup then when does he shave?

Actually, it's just a minor pet peeve I have with movies when adult males can go for days without so much as stubble appearing on their face.

The scene when he's shaving with a knife in Planet of the Apes often pops into my head for no apparent reason. The ape's like "zomg what are you doing?" and Charlton says "well, where I'm from, only kids wear beards. Young kids like YOU". The apes like wtf, it spun me out too. It would be awesome if Bale had the little stubble like Jim Lee's maniac ASBR Baman who saunters about unshaven. actually no Robin should teh stubble, Gordon the 'stache and Alfred a soul patch. catwoman i leave to your imagination

Now what I want to know is why they put the stupid car joke at the end of EVERY promo/trailer/teaser for this flick. Do they really think it's THAT funny?
