How funny would it be if Joker told Alfred the daddy story and Alfred retorts "Got an issue? Here's a tissue!"?

Well as long as he doesn't shat on a turtle![]()
t:Now you're being all 6s and 7st:
Are you on the "Myers better stop wasting time and make more Powers movies" camp?

I take the "abusive father"-story as Joker's sense of humor, it's just such a standard story that he's decided to use it as his own.
I can see it going something like this; everyone is trying to figure out who this guy is, and he becomes all vulnerable "my father used to beat me...yada yada yada"

then BAM, you're dead
This one looks pretty similar to the Ledger one we're getting. I never saw this Joker design before though.

I still think the Joker telling stories sounds a bit, well, lame. I know it's all lies, but it just sounds like it would seem out of place and forced in the context of the scene. Like he would just randomly start up talking about his daddy.
I would really rather just sly references to a violent past.
I guess. After all, a good bit of the lines we were told about from trailers and whatnot sounded lame and cheesy initially.I don't think so. It's just another way to instill more fear into his victim before he kills them. I wouldn't develop resistance for something until you see Heath actually doing. He's far exceeded all of our expectations up to this point...
