The trailer makes me feel like Marvel realizes they need to market this film. Which is good news imo.

This movie isn't really doing anything for me, but that train gag was pretty damn funny.

That was my reaction to a T. Not feeling Michael Douglas at all. Maybe it's better in the film but in all the previews and trailers it looks like he's just mailing it in. The FX do look pretty awesome, though.

Awesome trailer. The train sequence alone is worth the ticket price.

I loved it. Adam Mckay was one of the best comedy writers in Hollywood and the moment they went for Paul Rudd I know this is gonna be good. Anchorman is one of favorite comedic films I've watched. Very confident that this movie won't be a flop like what people are saying.

How many actual people are saying this will flop?

Emotionally fragile Edgar Wright fans? So like twelve. But a vocal twelve!

This could make easily 300mil on the marvel name alone I'm thinking in the 500mil range now. and for THIS movie that would be huuuge.

I love Edgar Wright as much as the next guy, but he is the reason this movie kept getting pushed back for almost a decade, best thing that could have happened was him leaving the project for both parties, he is not above the MCU he didn't want to adhere to continuity and the world building that Marvel does. People just don't want to realize that.

Quite a few actually. But no matter. People are like sheep. Once the positive word-of-mouth comes in they will be herding into the cinema. Just like GOTG. I'm also seeing articles where they call the trailer better than GOTG. I strongly doubt that, but I think it will do well at the box office.

I am both an Edgar Wright fan and emotionally fragile. You won't catch me saying that. :funny:

But then again, I made peace with that situation a while ago.

So many logic flaws here. Lets just let it go.

Like? People love to throw this out on these boards, but other then a few fans of competing studios, you don't really see this. Not at all really.

This looks just as amazing as I'd hoped it would. As a big Ant-Man fan this makes me very happy.

The special effects are the real pull for me. I'm still worried about the tone but it looks like a visual treat. The train gag is familiar though, Family Guy?

Was there ever anymore word on that possible appearance from
Sam Wilson?

Best thing about i for me is, it felt like Ant-Man love the part where you see Lang jumping around evading the beams from YJ and he flies towards the screen, THAT right there felt so Ant-Man to me. I was like that is it! That is what I want to see! Kind of like the last episode of Daredevil which had me flipping with joy in the final 15 minutes.(Rest of the series is genius as well)

Well that was a lot better than the first trailer. I was gonna see the movie anyways, but now I am actually excited about it. Still not a big fan of the dialogue though.

I thought the trailer looked pretty good. Still not all that fired up for Antman but it looks like a fun film and thats all I need from it. I am there opening weekend.

Really? I'd imagine 500 wouldn't give it a massive profit. I mean according to Deadline GoTG's total cost was 520 million. I can't imagine Ant-Man was much less.

Anyway the trailer was way better than the first one which I enjoyed. Rudd sounded a lot like Pratt.
