From Conroy's twitter. :hehe:

hahahahahahahahah

I've been reading The Batman Adventures v1, those comics based on this show, and here's something fun.

One of the best runs featuring the character, in any continuity.

When we stayed over for a family get-together, I lost it out of my 'collectors case thing' that was shaped like the BTAS cowl/cape logo.

Don't know if this has been posted before. Cast photo at the recording of Almost Got 'Im:

Did anyone see the credits of MOP on Tumblr? Hans Zimmer name is on it. I never noticed this before,

I think he played the synthesizer for the score.

In the spirit of Valentine's Day I think I'm going to watch the Mad Love episode.

Man in the suit is Gordon and Rockies jersey is Croc?

The bearded man in the suit is Aaron Kincaid who played Croc. The short man wearing glasses in the suit is Paul Williams who played Penguin.

I feel like, with the exception of pershing and kincaid, everybody else could conceivably play their characters in live action.

I haven't watched this show in years and so I decided to go through it again starting at episode 1 in season 1 and view them chronologically. I know this isn't necessarily how the show is set-up--it's my own personal preference.

I've enjoyed most of the Batman live-action films but this series is still tops in my book. I remember watching this series as a kid and I loved it then. It's so awesome how even after all this time it not only holds up but I still find plenty of enjoyment in the show as an adult. That's a real testament to quality, imo. The voice acting is superb, the animation while not always fluid is still very pleasing to the eye, the score is fantastic and the art style is gorgeous. And I've often heard that B:TAS is the definitive take on Batman however I really can't comment on the accuracy of that opinion/statement as I am not educated in Batman comics. Never got into them.

I'm interested in learning. So, what makes this the definitive take? Does this show borrow or use actual storylines from the comics? Examples? Are there many changes made from the source and if so, are those changes better/worse or no different? Examples?
