Yes, I understand what you're saying. I don't think you're understanding that I am saying Bayo 2 is exactly what you're describing from a gameplay prospective. It's not integrated into the main campaign, no, but that's how what you're describing would play since Bayo 2's co-op is essentially two people playing a level of the game.

yeah well I see it different do to me wanting it to be apart of the main campaign in a optional selectable mode manner . kid like some of the older games serise used to do so with most other games before resident evil & some other changed it for most people who don't remember that was a thing cause it was their first experiences . the only that do it that are maybe ubsoft & some others like the people that made f.e.a.r. some other people on occasion we do't see often enough of .

Qh And I did understand what you meant with Byo2 I was just making sure I was understood. tome alot of other the competitive co-op is different from just playing together beating a boss or a entire game . may be what I should say is a selectable DMC brawler styled game mode to make it clear. like final fiht or street of range with in the same usual DMC game. as I said a selectable mode main campaign 4 players max . this what

looked like or what was planned for dark siders.

A Look At Vergil’s Concentration Style In Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition . April 3, 2015 . 3:57am

As far as controls go, Vergil will feel pretty familiar to play as, but he’ll have an additional new combat style called “Concentration” and also his Devil Trigger mode.

Vergil will be a new playable character in Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition, alongside Lady and Trish. Capcom have shared a look and some details on Vergil using his new Concentration abilities.

As far as controls go, Vergil will feel pretty familiar to play as, but he’ll have an additional new combat style called “Concentration” and also his Devil Trigger mode. He fights using various swords and teleportation moves as his new and evolved form.

The above image on the left shows Vergil’s Devil Trigger form. Devil Trigger Vergil has an increase in attack, speed, and health recover among other effects. To the right is a look at the Beowulf Devil Trigger. Both forms give him a vast increase in power.

Almost Done

To activate the Devil Trigger, you’ll need to fill up the Devil Trigger Meter by hitting opponents or taking hits. Once the meter fills up over three times, he can unlock the ability.

He also has the Devil Trigger Stinger, which adds the number of hits and damage. It can be further enhanced to give it more reach, number of hits, and damage as well.

Vergil’s Beowulf Devil Trigger enhances other moves as well. The kicking move has a faster spin to go with more hits and power. After hitting them, you can also link it with another attack. The higher you increase its level, the more its spin rate increases, along with its hits and power.

Vergil’s fighting style features his quickdraw abilities. The new “Concentration” style pushes that even further, as he can increase his Focus Meter to pull off even more powerful attacks than ever.

The Focus Meter can be seen on the top-left of the screen in blue. It’s split into three levels, and the higher it is, the stronger his attacks become. By hitting enemies, dodging attacks, the meter will increase.

However, if you take hits or start running, it will slowly decrease the meter, so you’ll need to rely on evading attacks while rushing down enemies.

The above shows the difference between the different Concentration attacks. From Concentration Meter Lv. 0, to Lv. 1, and Lv. 2. Each increase of level in the meter adds more damage and hits. There are also some moves you can’t use unless you’re at a Lv. 2 meter.

As shown in our earlier report, Vergil will be able to use his Summoned Swords, along with Beowulf mode, and other moves using Force Edge and Yamato.

His Concentration mode is a new style that involves the blue Concentration meter on the top-left of the screen, which is split into three levels. The higher the level, the stronger his attacks become. The meter increases by hitting enemies and dodging attacks, so it rewards players for being more on the offense.

Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition will release in Summer 2015 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The game also adds Lady and Trish as playable characters.

Watch Lady And Trish In Action In Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition. April 22, 2015 . 4:05am

Gameplay footage from Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition gives one a good look at both Lady and Trish, and their unique fighting styles.

018_thumb4.jpg

Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition adds Vergil, Lady, and Trish as playable characters to the game, and while we recently got a peek at some of Vergil’s moves, we hadn’t seen much of Lady or Trish–until now. Capcom have shared a first look during a recent event at how the two will play. (Thanks, areios的頻道)

[YT]j6aDYoToCeg[/YT]
The video begins with some footage showing Lady in action, where she’s shown using her trademark rocket launcher weapon, Kalina Ann. This weapon allows you to use its grappling hook feature to grab enemies and launch them into the air, then follow up with a rocket shot as a combo. Her Kalina Ann weapon uses its rockets for long-ranged attacks. The long-ranged weapons can lock-on to multiple targets and blow them up. When enemies get too close, it can also shoot missiles to hit enemies nearby.

For close-ranged combat, she can use her shotgun, which does more damage from up close, along with other moves. For engaging enemies at mid-range, Lady has her handgun, which also has a charge shot that does explosive damage. Lady can’t use Devil Triggers or any special abilities that help heal her health, but she makes up for this with various explosive moves that makes it difficult for enemies to even get a hit on her when used right.

Lady isn’t the best character to use for close-ranged combat. However, when you find yourself in closed off areas filled with monsters like the part shown at 4:15, she can simply take them all out at once.

Next, we some footage of Trish at the 4:50 mark of the video. She doesn’t have a large repertoire of weapons like other characters, but can fight using a combination of hand-to-hand combat and the Sparda that she keeps on her back.

For ranged attacks, Trish can throw her Sparda, which is useful for crowd control. She can hit enemies from a distance and also pull them closer towards her to finish off with combos. Her basic battle style will revolve around gathering enemies, then taking several out at once using powerful attacks. You can get a good idea of this by checking the 6:05 mark of the video out.

Trish also has a handgun, along with the Pandora that she’s borrowed from Dante. At 7:10, we see her using its “Revenge” feature, which is powerful but uses up three bars of the Devil Trigger gauge. Revenge can also be used in mid-air or as part of combos. She can also use the Devil Trigger, and she puts on her sunglasses while using it, similar to her form in Devil May Cry 2.

Finally, the video shows more of Vergil, and his various abilities using his Devil Trigger. You can read more about Vergil and his new Concentration style in our earlier report.

That might sound strange, but if you’re a Devil May Cry fan it’s perfect because Dante loves pizza. There’s even a scene in Devil May Cry 4 where Dante, Lady, and Trish are feasting over a pie. The pizza box packaging is modeled after the in-game pizza box. Capcom also packed an 85 page full color Production Note book, soundtrack CD, three extra game covers, and a code for costumes for Lady & Trish plus 300,000 red orbs.

Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition comes out on June 18 in Japan. Capcom will release the game as a digital release in North America.

has Trish as one of the three new playable characters. Unlike Dante, Trish does not have an arsenal of weapons. She just has dual pistols, hand to hand attacks, and the Sword of Sparda. Fortunately, the Sword of Sparda does more than dice up monsters.

Trish can use the Sword of Sparda to pull enemies to her and throw it like a boomerang. Another neat move shown in the video is Trish has a dive kick which creates electric lines in the air that stuns any enemies that get caught in it.

Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition comes out this summer for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

So they knocked $5 off the price? I can dig. But a pre-order bonus for a digital only game? Guess it's not unheard of.

Oh, by the way, the article is a bit inaccurate. You get two costumes for pre-ordering, not one. One for Trish and one for Lady

Here's all the costumes, the top two are the pre-order bonuses:

Wait, $25? DmC was $40 wasn't it. So, they actually knocked the price down $15. Damn, that's great.
