That grin always cracked me up because beforehand when Cap was dishing out orders Hulk was just looking around in shock and almost wonderment at all the Chitauri, like he didn't know what to do and ignoring everyone else on the team, then when he hears Cap call his name he's like, "what the ****?"

I think if you have the cash ILM is the best in the business. I suspect WETA benefits somewhat in terms of competitiveness from a cheaper New Zealand dollar, or at least has in the past.

They definitely got the eyes right. The number one complaint has always been that CG eyes look too dead, but the above is probably one of the best examples of them being on point.

Good call on the eyes. They look like they have a layer of moisture over them, shine, sparkle etc. Not like marbles.

The Imaginary friend angle is my favorite as well, as it gives credence to why Hulk would refer to himself as Hulk.

It was a great touch by PAD. Its been a while since i saw it but i think there was a bit from Hulk 2003 with Bruce and some toys that was almost suggestive of something similar. I'm probably reading a bit much into it but i think Lee/Schamus might have thought of something along those lines.

I still love the 2003 Hulk movie as far as monster movies go. It was a complete and intriguing tale...I just hate it as a Hulk franchise movie. I watch it a lot so next time I do, I'll look for it too.

That was nearly 20 years ago. She's not quite the same spring chicken she was back then. She still looks great for her age, but she would give off an older woman trying to seduce Bruce Banner vibe perhaps to get back at her father. She would be great as Madame Masque though, even though she's a bit older than RDJ. However, she looks the part and has the same attitude, plus she'd be behind a mask most of the time anyway.

Liv's voice made me want to slit my wrists half the time. Very depressing.

Ruffalo is 44. His Banner looks very much like a college professor - unlike Norton, who looked more like a computer geek/wiz kid ala Mark Zuckerberg, so i think he needs a more maturer looking woman than Tyler to play Betty, who would come off as a young teachers assistant trying to bang the professor to get a better grade, imo.

Ashley Judd is def my first choice, but i wouldn't mind if Diane Lane was Betty also:

Diane Lane as Betty? That's almost like casting Madeleine Stowe? Both are MILFs and too old for Ruffalo. Either of them look like they could be seducing General Ross themselves than actually being his daughter. They look like they would be Betty's hot stepmother.

Now just imagine if both Diane Lane and Madeleine Stowe were in Man of Steel as Martha Kent and Lara respectively! Both would be hotter than Lois Lane herself.

Because it's Stark's personality; I'm sure we all know the difference between guys who go after women 20 years younger than them and guys who go out with women the same age. I think Stark's and Banner's respective personalities make it clear which is which.

I'm sure in Stark's mind he's "settling" by going out with someone as "old" as Pepper.

Well he shouldn't have mixed characters with actors. He should've said "why does Stark get Pepper and Banner gets an older Betty?" The thing is that when Banner was Norton, he got a younger Betty in Liv Tyler. Even brooding Bana got a younger Betty in the form of Jennifer Connelly. But Ruffalo? The most well-adjusted of the Banners and he can't get anyone younger or his own age but has to settle for a cougar?
