Was anyone bothered by Peter taking his mask off on the train? I never had an issue with it. I remember he gets shocked and pulls off the mask and it leads to a really emotional moment.

The two kids that bring Peter his mask back are Tobey Maguire's brothers, right?

They are his brothers, yes. Raimi and Maguire mentioned that in the commentary.

And had Peter just taken it off for the heck of it, I would have an issue, but it did get sparks and burns on it, so I could see him, in the heat of the moment, removing it to at least somewhat help his vision.

That scene is just not gonna be the same with his mask on. If I was making it I would have figured out a way for him to have to take it off too.

Homecoming I think they can get away with leaving it on. They've done a great job of making it expressive so far.

I thought that the Raimi trilogy had pretty good video game adaptations. I'm one of the few that really love SM1: The Game. Anyone love playing as the Green Goblin?

I only played the first two games, but yeah they are great. Especially 2. That free roam all over the city is so good. Quite relaxing just web swinging around NY and not a care in the world.

The first game felt like a spiritual successor to the PlayStation 1 games. But Spider-Man: 2 the game is definitely the best of them. It always felt weird though how they take the plot of the movie and start adding so much to it: Mysterio, Black Cat, Shocker, etc.

They had to in order to pad out the games and make them longer. You couldn't make a decent length game based solely on the movie's plots. Plus it was rather cool hearing Tobey exchange dialogue with other villains besides the ones he faced in the movies.

That's a nice suit. Shame they didn't really use it. Also why they didn't go for black webs is baffling.

The Spider-Man 2 movie game is one of the best Spider-Man games ever.

It was awesome they got Tobey to voice Spidey in those games. I recently got the ASM 2 movie game and was letdown they couldn't get Garfield.

Totally. This is exactly what should have happened back in 2012 instead of The Amazing Spider-Man. Marvel Studios makes one great film after the next, so I have very high hopes for this one.
