I wouldn't go that far, no.
So what's your opinion of the script you read? Do you feel it was strong enough to make a good film?
I wouldn't go that far, no.
Didn't read the script, bud. But a breakdown of the story and it gels with the pictures we've seen from the set. Wasn't crazy about it.
Well, it appears that the movie has changed pretty drastically since, so I'm not sure it's worth reading much into it.That worries me a little. Makes me wonder if it's because it's unoriginal, unfaithful or just plain bad.
I still trust we're finally gonna have the Superman movie the world deserves and the one it needs.![]()
For some reason I thought both you and Showtime had read a draft of the script. My mistake.

Why? Because one fanboy "wasn't crazy" about the plot breakdown? Maybe you should give the powers that be more credit than that. That worries me a little.
ummm, well on set, he is not wearing the type of attire that Lex would wear........ since Chris Meloni is playing somebody in the militaryChris Meloni is Luthor!!!!
Can someone please pay attention here so I can receive due credit for the casting call well before the announcement....
This "who's who" garbage is irritating...
**sniff** **sniff** Incredible Hulk synopsis **cough** **cough**I'm not sure if you were trying to say the site was legit or not legit. That personally doesn't matter to me either way. The synopsis was legit, and they had it in April.
In regards to some of the story description, we know the military is involved and we know there is some CGI giant with Zod and Faora. Could it be Metallo? I'm not saying the below is accurate, nor am I saying that that bald dude is even on the map for Lex, nevermind Lex being in it. Just saying you can't dismiss a site because it is small or because it has a strange name or bad writers. Could still be accurate info.
General Sam Lane, the father of Lois Lane, is a central figure in director Zack Snyder’s Superman reboot. This really is as Zack described in several interviews about the film, a “real world” Superman. I’m told that when Superman arrives on the scene; people don’t know what to think. He’s an alien from another planet. What are his real intentions? He’s not human and that scares a lot of people. Here’s a guy who can fly, see through walls, is bullet proof and can lift a tank. The military views him as a potential threat to national security. They find kryptonite, pieces of his home planet, and discover its radioactive elements can be harnessed as a near unlimited source of power, both literally and figuratively. It’s a brand new form of energy that is secretly developed by the government. The military, under the direction of General Sam Lane, uses kryptonite to power an experimental cyborg super solider named Metallo. He’s ultimately exploited as a weapon against Superman.

Yup. But Meloni is not Luthor. He's Generic Movie General # 246.
Chris Meloni is Luthor!!!!

Just finished looking up MC's stuff on YouTube and I must say I'm impressed with the type of roles he's played. If there's any truth to this article I'm fully behind him
Yul Brynner would make the absolute greatest lex ever
He seems to have a bit of a following as "The Observer" on "Fringe". He's certainly an interesting candidate.

That would've been cool to see.
