We've seen Meloni in military fatigues, though. I suppose Lex could be dressed like that for some reason, but it seems unlikely to me.

I wouldn't be surprised. I insisted that when Meloni was first cast it was to be Lex. Then the answers regarding him being a military man were vague and there was some mystery around who he was playing from the get go.

In could a patented Nolan surprise "reveal" that Meloni winds up being Lex toward the end of the film and him being Col Hardy was to infiltrate the military.

Who knows though.

If Meloni does wind up being Lex, I think that would be fantastic casting.
