Do you actually think he would play lex like he played beast? besides the fact the way he played beast was actually pretty good and pretty close to how i'd evisioned beast in live action.

You obviously haven't seen his work on boss? very lex luthor-esque.

The clip has swearing in it but type in "boss you don't matter" into youtube and come back to me.

No, I haven't seen Boss but I've seen him in a ton of other stuff and he always comes off exactly the same to me. I've heard he's good on that show but man, after I've suffered through multiple performances by an actor that I can't stand, it takes a lot for me to attempt sitting through another one.

It's brilliant. Good actor, handsome, right age range, tall, BIG box office draw, experience playing a charismatic yet sinister character. Honestly I can't say the same about anyone else at this point. Good job

I just like him too much. The glasses and facial hair there are almost the equivalent of blue makeup and fur as far as we're concerned.

Lex is effectively a Supervillian who is a bald guy in a suit. Whoever they cast has to have a kind of magnetism all of their own, in my opinion. I just don't think angry-baby-faced "Mett Demen" or Angelina Jolie's ***** have it.

I just saw that. I don't think he'll get the role this time around, but I honestly wouldn't mind seeing Rosenbaum reprise his take on Lex.

I've always thought the same thing. He's an amazing talent. I've been trying to think of a role in one of these big movies series' going on right now that he could fit, then it clicked. Lex Luthor. He's got the charm, the classy over-confidence and the psychotic attitude that Lex needs.

I like Purefoy a lot as an actor, but I'd rather see him as Max Lord.

Also, (perhaps) unfortunately, I see them going with a BIG name for Lex. That would rule Purefoy out.

People shouldn't bother posting names that aren't huge stars. I already said yesterday that Snyder wants Lex to be on the level of a Russel Crowe, Kevin Costner in terms of stardom. But he'll be in his 30s-40s and known as a good-looking man.

Fassbender would have been awesome, especially with that tie to Snyder already (300). But im sticking with Matthew Mcconaughey.
