Him opening up about the film has me believing that we are going to get some more names in the next two weeks.
My mom is a fan of Snow. She was on some daytime show.I have another suggestion/somebody who I like.
Brittany Snow

She's 25 and she is kinda cutesy (no more so than Kendrick) but she is a solid actress and I've seen spunk from her in Nip Tuck and some crummy movie (which she was good in) named Finding Amanda.
I've always liked the idea of Lois being a little older than Clark but I don't see WB going that route.Just out of curiosity, how would you guys feel if they went with a new approach and had Lois slightly older than Clark in this film?
Like let's say, 3-4 years older than him? Or would people prefer for Lois to be the same age, if not younger than Clark like she was in the donner film?
Kendrick really doesn't have the Lois look. Not even close. She also comes off younger and more mismatched for this role than Bosworth. She's a tiny little thing and comes off like a little girl.

She's someone who really shouldn't be associated with this role at all.

That would be incredibly misleading, as people would assume Nolan is directing, not Snyder (Which is what a lot of fanboys also secretly desire, but that is neither here nor there). "From the producer of The Dark Knight and Inception, and the director of 300 and Watchmen" would be the way to go, my lad.

This movie sounds more like a begining story, I think that she would be fine for Lois just starting out.I like her but she's so not suited for Lois. On par with Bosworth in terms of being able to take her seriously as a seasoned journo.
I know this Snyder's movie but trust me it will help with marketing, they might add that in aswell but I was just referring to Nolan's markability. Trust me I get more annoyed than anyone when this film gets referred to as Nolan's. Its kind of like when George Lucas is credited for the Emipre Strikes Back but he didn't direct it.
Thats what I thought aswell
It was still George Lucas' story and he was very much hands on with the film. He just chose to hand the direction job off to someone else cause of his other duties. Lucas was much more instrumental in the development of Empire Strikes back than Kershner. I'm pretty sure Kershner just shot from the screenplay. Most of the ideas belonged to Lucas. He probably could of brought in any number of directors.
And coached the actors, and made sure the sets were what they needed to be.
Lucas' contribution during production was to call Kershner up on the phone and gripe at the guy for being over-schedule, or to show up on the set once ever few blue moons.

That's different though.
Kershner, Kasdan and those guys were brought on-board after Star Wars which they inherited from Lucas (cast, story, universe, etc.) To be fair, Lucas was making **** up as he went along and there wasn't this "vast epic story" spanning many movies like he's claimed over the years. At one point in the development of Return of the Jedi, he was seriously going to renege and say that Darth Vader really wasn't Luke's father.
All the major calls on Superman have been made by Nolan.
Nolan's name will surely be all over this movie's trailers as a selling point. My point was though using Nolan's name in the marketing will only help the movie.

It's clear whether Nolan is a house hold name or not , WB consider's him an asset and they're gonna tout his name when pushing the film . The guy is in charge of their biggest cash cow and is help developing there other potential cash cow. His name is gonna be in the mentioned in the ads , if for nothing else to say to people," It was made with the help of the guy who did TDK and Inception" i.e this product is good.
