Going by the designs of Black Widow, Sif, Gamora, and Nebula, I'd say we're not getting anything ****e-ish or revealing like the Ultimate costume or the loin cloth tube top combos from 616.

I think, she should keep her M-tiara and overall pink-red palette of the uniform. And stay away from Ultimate version of the costume. It can be a close-fitting trench coat, resembling nazi officers (since the twins start under Von Strucker), or it can be something closer to her classic uniform, only less revealing...

And yet she has no problem stripping down and baring ALL for film roles (God please her for it). She's too hard on herself, she's plenty attractive. Still, I do agree that she'll wear a costume that we'll be less revealing. You can look sexy without showing a ton of skin.

Despite the fact that I've already seen ALL of Elizabeth Olsen (re-watched Martha Marcy May Marlene over the weekend and finally saw Oldboy a couple of weeks ago), I agree that they're going to tone down her costume somewhat, and they probably are wise in doing so. I DO think that they'll make a costume that still looks like something SW would wear, so that she won't be unrecognizable. Personally, I'd like to see her keep the cape, that just looks cool and regal on her.

I sure as hell hope so. I wouldn't consider her SW if she was strictly wearing civilian clothes. Her costumes from the comics I agree would be a bit too much for a live action film but at the same time, wasn't Whedon the one saying something about not believing in transcending the genre but embracing it? I just hope her costume in the film has some nods to her comic costume.
