You know.... I've been lurking these boards for a while and comments like these never fail to make me .

It's okay to like something and it's okay to not like something as well...

I think it's ridiculous how often people have acted as if there's something wrong with either not liking the suit... Or liking the suit.

I'll always prefer the traditional suit... Because it's

1. Iconic

2. More visually appealing to me.

But I don't try and never have tried to get people to think the same as I do...

Because everyone has different tastes and there's nothing wrong with that.

You know what. All of the last I wrote isn't even the point. The point is that we're one freaken month away from the opening of MOS, and people are STILL manipping Reeve inspired suits with Cavill's face on it. This has been going on since production started. And with 30 days to go, this still goes on. And for what purpose? Seriously. STOP torturing your selfs. The suit is what it is now.

I wanted the original suit but this one has grown on me so much it's weird how I almost prefer it once I see Cavil manipped into traditional suit manips. But I like it because it means that Henry's Superman is his own Superman to me. I'm excited for this movie and I'm just glad we got a bad ass suit. I'll always love the classic but I now love this new one.

It has the Reeve suit written all over it. Everything right down to the belt buckle. It don't even have the real MOS logo on it.

Well....

It does have a few similarities, I won't deny that... But the S is a tad different and the suit is a bit shinier in the manip. The belt is nearly identical though.

The most identifiable thing about the Reeve suit is the logo, which those manips don't have.

Heh, saw that too but forgot to mention it... And the neckline and the cape attachment... Which have very slight differences, but yeah.
