I don't want your spirit to plummet but I strongly suspect that it is going to be a superman vs batman film judging from the fact that snyder got to read a passage from the DKR emphasizing that while they're not adapting that comic, it will give people an idea of what they're aiming for and we all know that TDKR was batman vs government stooge superman (damn you Miller!!!).
But then again they're just started writing the movie so who knows what will happen.

Not to mention, after seeing him overcome the gravity beam and pulling off so many other feats I think it would take more than an ICBM to put a dent in Henry C.'s Superman's power.

Indeed. This supes is too beast. I was in the group of having bale back for Justice league or world's finest but after watching MoS i knew a reboot was necessary. There is no way Nolans batman can give this superman a run for his money.

They read the line at comic con, and I hope they don't go through with that storyline. MOS's biggest weakness about Superman was that they gave him no weakness. He has no vulnerability. How would they ever expect Batman to beat him? Introducing Kryptonite seems too convenient.
