wow...so much hate for Routh. I think it's time to let it go. It's been 6 years . Not that it matters, but I changed his picture to a better one.

The Routh pic still sticks out. The bottom half of the picture kind of needs to be faded into the black background like the others. Other than that, it is a neat pic.

Ok, due to popular demand I've added George Reeves and Kirk Alyn ............... hard to get a decent colour pic of Kirk Alyn so the one I used is a little grainy unfortunately.

Have changed the Brandon Routh image also.

The first thing that makes me notice is how small the 's' symbol is on Routh's suit compared to the others.

Yeah that was a common complaint about it, way too small.

Cavill and Reeve look the most similar to each other, mostly in their facial structures.

I deliberately tried to find a picture where he's staring directly at the camera with his chest facing forwards, like the others in the picture. There's very few official promo shots from SR where he has that pose.

There's one with folded arms which is just like Cavill's pose in the new pic, but I could only find a very small 131x326 version of the picture despite extensive googling. If anyone has a high-res version I'd appreciate it?

strange about brandon routh's hair it looked brown in the promo pictures but his hair is dark black in real life

he looks like reeve because of the superman smile. him and cavill are the only good ones after reeve

He didnt really have one before SR. If anything Superman helped him land a few supporting roles on tv shows.

I'm by no means any sort of photoshop wiz, but here's something I was messing around with in the standard 'paint' on my computer. A good photoshopper could take this concept and make it look wonderful, if anyone has the urge.
