And I agree with you, hippie hunter. Welling hasn't play Superman yet, thus Routh is Superman now. Welling is still Clark Kent, so one can't tell if he is a better Superman than Routh. If you never played Superman, then one can't say he is better than Routh. Beside, Routh's voice is more deeper like Supes where Welling's voice is kinda too soft. Of course, that's my opinion.

well with smallville my complaint with xray power is they made it be he sees an xray image instead of seeing through an object. I wish they did it more normally looking. Superbreath which has only been seen i think 3 times since last yr has been pretty cool. And heat vision is sweet in smallville they make it look like heat waves which originally looked more clear and are invisible to everbody but visually have seethrough/red look so we know what is going on.

Well yea at first they used to make it like watching an x-ray but that too has evolved in the show

I have, usually regarding his build.

It leads to that because of very negative comments by certain posters which Welling fans don`t much appreciate, and then it begins.

I myself don't have a problem with Routh but since some of the members of this forum had some problems with some of Welling's features well I only pointed out some of the big Routh features that I don't like but nothing personal.

Welling's features are great for Superman based on manip work we've seen, but he looks too wierd for Clark Kent with those glasses.

Listen Solidsnake im not saying that the flying scenes are bad, cause they are not. But still I would have liked to see more closeups of Superman flying than those little scenes with a tinny Superman saving a Plane. But they are good non the less. But look at the big picture here, Smallville is a grain of salt compared to Superman Returns production wise and look at all the things they can do. Now give Smallville $200 million dollars. Get my point? I hope u do

Exactly he has had 7 years to improve and to make all those effects look good so he is more trained in making Superman look good. I dont want Welling in a Singer movie I want him in a reboot or JLA movie. In a movie u dont have alot of time to make those changes so thats way Welling is the right man
